I guess I can keep this post simple: I deleted my Facebook account today. Finally. Of course, I tweeted about this on the one social media (Twitter) platform I still have. Not sure how ironic that is, but anyways.

Anxious Dudes Anonymous
Something has bugged me for a while. In American culture, men are basically allowed to express only one emotion – anger. It’s like an unspoken rule. Other emotions men have are downplayed or hidden. Somehow being emotional is linked to weakness or vulnerability.

Photography With An Old iPad
I’m a bit of a tech-geek, and like a lot of people, I love using my tablet. It’s an iPad Air 2, which came out in late 2014; it still works great! As much as I like the iPad-as-my-only-computer lifestyle, some things make it hard, like finding an app that will help but then realizing – your tablet is not supported.

Exercise Against Anxiety
